  • Long Description: Frazer United Methodist Church member Jim Reinhard (left) befriended Jay C. Van Scoy three years ago when they met during a prison ministry team visit at Kilby Correctional Facility. Reinhardt is part of a team from the Montgomery, Ala, church that visits the facility each Tuesday to share testimony.
